Megan Greene Counseling, LLC is a mental health private practice in the heart of Logan Square that has grown exponentially since I started two years ago. I work with a holistic and collaborative lens and believe in cultivating a compassionate and inclusive environment for my clients. I specialize in mood disorders, depression, anxiety and stress. I also focus on women’s issues and pre and post pregnancy concerns.  I am excited to hire a therapist who can support the vision of this practice and to help deliver quality care to clients seeking services! 

 

About the Role

 

This is a great position for someone who wants to grow professionally, values a collaborative approach and who is curious about the flexibility and independence of a private practice environment. Most importantly, I’m looking to hire someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is willing to be as invested in the growth of the practice as I am. Therapists will begin on a part-time basis and build up to a full caseload if desired. This position will start as an independent contractor and could develop into a full-time position.

Requirements

 

• Fully licensed in the state of Illinois (Psy.D., Ph.D., LCPC, LCSW or LMFT)

• Have at least 4 years of experience in the mental health field

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in higher levels of care (Residential, Inpatient, PHP, IOP)

• Be paneled or agree to be paneled with BCBS PPO

• Willingness to work 1-2 weekday evenings and one weekend day 

• Willing to see a minimum of 10 clients a week (part-time) or 20 clients a week (for full-time status)

• Commit to at least 1 year employment

• Ability to keep up to date and thorough notes, schedule clients, and communicate with referral sources and collateral contacts

• Participate in marketing and networking activities (2 hours/month) until minimum caseload is met
